CIA files detail US plans to control the world by the weather

“…Once top-secret CIA files have detailed America’s plans to control the world by manipulating the weather.

The documents, declassified in 2003, discussed the controversial topic of weather modification, the tactic of launching rockets or using planes to dump chemicals into the atmosphere that alter the climate and local storm systems.

Although the resurfaced documents from 1965 did not mention the specific chemicals used in the experiments, they did discuss the need for more funding of the weather modification projects that would soon be used as a weapon of war.

In fact, the memos noted that federal funding for the secret program was set to be four times higher in 1967 – the same year the US began spraying toxins over Vietnam to cause floods and landslides…”

Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025

“…Abstract:

In 2025, US aerospace forces can own the weather by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map. A high risk, high reward endeavor, weather modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather modification offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather modification system could provide to a war fighting commander in chief CINC are listed in table 1. Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather modification capability 1 advanced nonlinear modeling techniques, 2 computational capability, 3 information gathering and transmission, 4 a global sensor array, and 5 weather intervention techniques. Greek-American Agent Ioannides Tied to CIA’s JFK Cover-Up

A pivotal CIA memo, dated January 17, 1963, explicitly instructed Ioannides to operate under the alias “Howard Gebler” and utilize a fake driver’s license. Until last Thursday, the CIA had consistently denied that Ioannides was known as “Howard,” the very name of the CIA contact linked to the case. Ioannides worked closely with the Cuban Student Directorate (DRE), an anti-communist group opposed to Fidel Castro, covertly financing and directing their activities.

For decades, the agency also falsely claimed to have no connection to the DRE. This student group played a pivotal role in disseminating information on Oswald’s pro-Castro leanings immediately after Kennedy’s assassination, an act now understood to have been at least indirectly influenced by Ioannides’ operations.

“The Ioannides cover-up story is officially dead,” declared Jefferson Morley, a renowned author and expert on the Kennedy assassination, to Axios. “This is a big deal. The CIA is changing its mind about Lee Harvey Oswald.”

A series of murders were allegedly committed in order to try to contain the scope of the spying.

Freelance journalist Danny Casolaro supposedly slashed his wrists in a hotel room after a source contacted him about the so-called Octopus: an international network of intelligence operatives.vi Also assassinated was Robert Maxwell, a UK-based publishing magnate, born in Czechoslovakia as Ján Hoch. The young Hoch escaped Nazi occupation and was decorated by the British military for his service to the Allies. MI6 used Maxwell (Hoch) as a front for its publishing arm, Springer-Verlag.vii

Using his contacts with Czech communists, he allegedly facilitated the export of aircraft parts to Israel, which helped the country win the Arab-Israeli War 1948. Maxwell became a Member of Parliament for the British Labour Party and was supposedly suspected by UK intelligence of being a Soviet-funded double-agent, though this appears to have been part of an MI5 smear campaign against the Labour Party.viii Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, supposedly inserted its own bugs into PROMIS and contracted Maxwell to distribute the rigged software.ix Maxwell died in 1991 after falling off his yacht.

The yacht, Lady Ghislaine, was named after his youngest child. In the same year as her father’s death, Ghislaine Maxwell met Jeffrey Epstein, a financier, fixer, and human-trafficker who was working for the CIA to blackmail businesspeople, intellectuals, politicians, and royalty.x Many suspect that Epstein was also working for Mossad.xi Epstein also died when details of his dark empire began to emerge: officially by suicide in 2019. Some people suspect that US, British, and/or Israeli intelligence helped Epstein and Maxwell, respectively, to fake their deaths, but there is little evidence to prove these theories. Elements of the Maxwell family continued their father’s interest in software.

Was Covid Always a CIA Plot?

A very brief overview of the timeline suggests that the CIA and the Intelligence Community are implicated in the creation of the virus, a lab leak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and censorship to evade any public scrutiny for their role in the pandemic.

2015: The Intelligence Community held quarterly meetings with Dr. Ralph Baric and discussed “possible human adaptation” to coronavirus evolution.

2019-2020: The CIA had a spy working at the Wuhan Institute of Virology doing “both offensive and defensive work” with pathogens, according to Seymour Hersh. That asset reports in early 2020 that there was a laboratory accident that resulted in the infection of a researcher.

March 18, 2020: The Department of Homeland Security replaced Health and Human Services as the lead Federal Agency responding to Covid, as explained in depth in Debbie Lerman’s The Deep State Goes Viral.

Spring 2020: The CIA offered bribes to scientists to bury their findings refuting the “proximal origin” theory advanced by Dr. Anthony Fauci, according to a whistleblower. The House Oversight Committee explains: “According to the whistleblower, at the end of its review, six of the seven members of the Team believed the intelligence and science were sufficient to make a low confidence assessment that COVID-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China.” Then, however, the “six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position.”

2020: Dr. Fauci began holding secret meetings at CIA headquarters “without a record of entry” in order to “influence its Covid-19 origins investigation,” according to a whistleblower. “He knew what was going on…He was covering his ass and he was trying to do it with the Intel community,” the whistleblower told Congress.”
